Summary of Te Tiriti O Waitangi

LI: To explain in fewer words what the text is about.

I have learnt how New Zealand made the Tiriti O Waitangi I had to read the comic that told me how Waitangi started. For my task I had to fill in this sheet with words that are inportant to me I had to find 20 words to go on the next task then the next task was finding 6 words that was in the 20 words. Then I had to make sentences with my 6 words to finsh.    

Leadership

 

 LI: To define certain words relating to leadership.

We looked into the meaning of leadership and we defined the words that relate to leadership. We wrote down the meaning of 4 different words: Team, leadership, role model, and responsibility. They are all good qualities to have when being a leader. We had to list as many words that related to those four traits as possible. Using these words we created a 25 word summarisation about those four traits.

Why it is important to be hydrated

 L.I To understand why staying hydrated is important for our health and for our learning. 

                                     

 The DLO showing above was created by my group.My group created this DLO by finding different type of  information and facts about being Hydrated and Dehydrated. My group created this by sharing our ideas and working collaboratively . As example Hydrated mean drinking heaps of water which helps you stay focused.  Being dehydrated means feeling dizzy, having headaches and not focused. Did you know that drinking a lot of Water helps your body and also helps you stay healthy. We also found images that connects to the text so that it could also help  yourself and others what we’re talking about and to understand more about what we’re learning in our Inquiry task.

Te Reo Maori

 

Today made a copy of the Te reo Maori and I think did it corect but I Tryed and this was very hard but fun

I had to learn what are doing Today but in Moari.

Today  I had to make a patern with Kowhaiwhai parten and I got to see what colors can go with the Kowhaiwha and I made a realy good patern.
